I remember him taking pictures of nature & people that surrounded him, & then processing those photos in our storage room, for what we needed to cover all tiny rays of light with a thick blanket. I was hypnotized by that red light lamp & was counting to what my dad used to ask me... and then pictures were appearing as if by magic, & we were hanging them with cloth pins on a rope to dry... Those black and white pictures were & still are a big part of my childhood memories & my whole life. My father was the one who taught me how to take photographs with his old professional film camera, & now I am carrying his knowledge & continue developing it through wedding photography on the magical Island of Maui..."
